We believe in the privacy and security needs of our customers. We hold our customer's information in the strictest of confidence. We guarantee that at no time will we ever divulge our customers information to anyone, for any reason! This information includes customer name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. Information collected and used by us is for the ordering, verifying, and shipping of customers orders only.

Payment Methods:                                                      

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We only charge your credit card after your order has been shipped. At this time, we cannot process orders for credit cards with an international billing address or for credit cards issued by a bank outside the United States.

Note: Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) when completing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay or cancellation of your order.

Money Orders, Cashiers Checks & Company Checks:

We also accepts money orders, cashier's checks, and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For company checks, please allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
International Orders:                                                 
We can only accept Bank Wire Transfers for product payment to international customers at this time. Please contact us to arrange for international shipments and to obtain an accurate freight quote for your order.
Return Policy:                                                            
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problem you may have. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 days for a refund or a replacement. If you have any problems after 14 days, please contact the manufacturer. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.

• Refunds, exchanges and returns may only be made within 14 days of purchase date.
• Returned merchandise must be in factory sealed packaging" unopened box". Refunds will not be given for shipping and handling
• Exchanges and returns are subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee and will not be accepted without
   an authorization number. 
• We not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper. 
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. 
• All canceled Orders after shipping are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
• FOR COPY RIGHT REASONS, ALL PRODUCTS WITH LICENSED SOFTWARE ARE NOT RETURNABLE .

Errors and Omissions:                                     
We tried very hard to ensure the accuracy of the product information in our store, we are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.
